We are a distributor for the major autoclave company’s Sterility Assurance (consumable) products as well as detergents and cleaning products. Stainless steel modular walls are used in lab research, biotechs and lab animal facilities. We specialize in the design and installation of these wall systems.

The company is classified as a small, woman owned business. We work with the area Biotechs, Universities and government research institutes - NIH, FDA, VA, USDA and Walter Reed. The company was founded in 1989 by Tim Holden, who saw the need for a small dedicated, responsive, service entity supporting the busy MD, DC and Northern Virginia research community.

 

Avant Garde Scientific performs installation and rigging services for cage washers and autoclaves of all sizes. Now 12 employees strong, Avant Garde maintains fully stocked work trucks to support the challenges of the Maryland Hi-Tech arena.
